1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the website playvibegames.app, including the browser versions of our games (together, "the Site"), operated by Play Vibe Games. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Using the Games

The games on the Site are free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell or rehost the games or their code, artwork, sounds or text, or embed them on another site, without written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use automated tools to put excessive load on it.

3. Scores

Scores, statistics and daily challenge results are stored only in your browser or on your device. They may be lost if you clear your browser data, change devices, or if a game is updated. We are not responsible for lost scores.

4. Intellectual Property

The games, their names (including ORBIT.IO, GROUND.IO, INK.IO, PHASE.IO, DODGE.IO, SPLIT.IO and DON'T SQUISH BOB), artwork, sound and all other content on the Site are owned by Play Vibe Games unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense and links to third-party services such as Google Play and Google Groups. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads.

6. Health Notice

Our games use fast motion, flashing effects and screen shake. A small number of people may experience seizures or discomfort when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. If you have a history of photosensitive epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Several games include a Reduce Motion setting.

7. No Warranty

The Site and games are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Vibe Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
