Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Play Vibe Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information on the website playvibegames.app (including the browser versions of our games) and in our Android apps. The short version: we don't ask for your name, email, or an account, and we don't sell anything about you. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies or device identifiers, as described below.
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect personally identifiable information. You can play every game on this site and in our apps without creating an account or giving us any personal details.
Scores and settings
Your high scores, daily challenge results, game statistics and settings (sound, vibration, reduced motion) are stored locally: in your browser's local storage when you play on this website, and on your device when you play an Android app. We never receive this data. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it. On Android, if you have the system backup turned on, your device may include it in your own Google backup; that backup is controlled by you and is not sent to us.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify you.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you.
2. Advertising on This Website (Google AdSense)
This website uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites on the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info (or www.youronlinechoices.eu in Europe).
If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), you will be asked for your consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.
Ads are shown on the website's text pages. The browser games themselves run full screen without display ads.
3. Advertising in Our Android Apps (Google AdMob)
This section applies only to those apps that display advertising. Apps published without an advertising SDK collect nothing and transmit nothing.
Our ad-supported Android games use Google AdMob to serve rewarded video ads, which play only when you choose to watch one (for example, to continue a run). In those apps, AdMob may collect and use certain information to provide personalized ads, including:
- Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, operating system, and language settings
- Ad interaction data (e.g., whether an ad was viewed or clicked)
- App performance and diagnostic information (for example app launch time and crashes/hangs)
This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Where the law requires it, these apps ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization on older versions)
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
4. Other Third-Party Services
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them. The beta sign-up links on the home page take you to Google Groups and Google Play, which are governed by Google's own privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Our website and apps are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The games still work; your locally stored scores may be cleared.
- Turn off personalized ads using the links in sections 2 and 3.
- Ask us any question about your data at contact@playvibegames.app.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
